Welcome to Sage

Welcome and thanks for your interest in our little restaurant!

Sage has opened doors in 2007 (under different management) and since then it has built up quite a reputation for good and tasty food and friendly service.

Nestling in the heart of Westport's town centre just beside the Town Clock and Mc Ging's bar it is easy to find and get into.

Some kind soul described Sage as "a cosy gem with a warm, welcoming atmosphere". And really, that's what we're about.

We pride ourselves on using fresh produce, locally sourced where possible and cooked to order - everything on the menu is made in our little kitchen at Sage. The produce comes fresh to our door each morning and it's on your plate that evening.

Put simply, we love cooking, we love eating and more importantly, we love the way food (and wine) brings friends and family together.
