Davide creates sublime food using real, fresh ingredients. Each day starts with Davide making his own pastas, stuffed ravioli, hand cut maltagliati. The smell of warm Italian yeast bread fills the air.

The wine list has been chosen with great care using only family vineyards to reflect Sage’s commitment to the ethos that "small is beautiful"
